We can carry out workplace assessments or inspections to review actual work activity or a particular process or process line. Whatever is reviewed the assessment/inspection will be followed by a detailed action plan of what is necessary to achieve legal compliance and also to identify areas where best practice is being achieved.
In the absence of a Health and S manager/officer, we believe that workplaces are best assessed or inspected by your own workers following suitable training. The information gained from the workplace assessment/inspection should be presented back to the company in a forum such as a health and safety team, works council or committee meeting so items requiring further action can be tracked to completion.
